The conference has negotiated a special NEC room rate of $239/night.  The room block will open when registration opens, on or about October 1, 2015.  To take advantage of the NEC room rate, you must first register to attend the conference. You will then receive a confirmation email with a link to the Hyatt Regency's website to book your room. All conference events will be centrally located at the Hyatt Regency.  The NEC room rate includes:

Sightseeing by Streetcar
The Loyola Avenue Streetcar (red line) passes directly in front of the hotel.  It’s a seven minute ride to Bourbon Street, at $1.25 per ride or $3 for an all-day pass.  The shuttle operates every 15 minutes until 11 pm Monday through Friday, and every 30 minutes until 11 pm on the weekend.
